Joe is Chief Executive Officer of DaVinix. Prior to DaVinix, Joe served as co-founder and CEO of MaxPoint, a digital marketing technology platform where he built a $150M global company of 400+ employees; raised $25M in venture funding and a Goldman Sachs led IPO; he’s the holder of 6 issued patents; and ultimately sold the company for a 167% premium in a highly competitive environment. Before co-founding MaxPoint, Joe was finance director at eBay Inc. He held finance and strategy positions at 3Com Corporation and Ford Motor Company as well. Joe received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from The Ohio State University and a MBA from Michigan State University. Like many successful entrepreneurs, he works because it is fun and because it’s what he would rather be doing. When pressed, he does admit to an eclectic taste in music and in interest in math.

Kurt is Chief Technology Officer at DaVinix. Prior to DaVinix, Kurt was co-founder and CTO of MaxPoint, a digital marketing technology platform where he built a 150+ engineering and analytical team; built a best in class RTB decisioning platform at global scale of 100B+ daily requests; and is the holder of 7 issued patents. Prior to MaxPoint, he was a senior engineer at NetQoS, Inc. and held various positions at Luminex Corporation, including director of software development, as well as multiple software engineering positions at Wavefly Corporation and National Instruments Corporation. Kurt received a BS in Computer and Information Science at The Ohio State University. He is a keen cyclist… really keen. He rode for three seasons in Belgium and tried out for the Olympic team in ’92. Their loss is DaVinix’s gain.

Gretchen is Chief Operating Officer at DaVinix. Prior to DaVinix, she was co-founder and COO of MaxPoint, a digital marketing technology platform where she built a 100+ global sales org; achieved 2x the industry average sales rep revenue productivity; built a 60+ person global account management team; and grew MaxPoint’s revenue from $1.5M to $150M in 6 years. Prior to MaxPoint, she was vice president of sales and distribution at Tesla Inc.; director of international motors and passenger vehicles at eBay, Inc.; and manager of retail strategies at Saturn Corporation. Gretchen received a BA in Economics and Management at Albion College. Outside the office, she tries to get in as much tennis as possible and plays classical piano (her initial career aspiration until she was swayed by the world of sales).
